What Inspires You The Most About Anime?

Published May 13, 2016 by Shay Taree

A lot of times when I watch an anime I can’t help but be inspired. Sometimes I’m inspired to change something about myself, sometimes I’m inspired to do something for others, and sometimes I just get inspired about my outlook on life.
But what got me to thinking is what exactly causes me to be so inspired. Well there are quite a few things. Sometimes it’s a character overcoming adversity and going after what they want.

Other times it’s seeing a character being nice to others.

It can also sometimes be just as simple as seeing my favorite character just be themselves and be happy about it.

I guess that is one of the many reasons why I really love anime. A lot of times it inspires me to do a lot of things. Also sometimes it makes me take a look at myself and like myself better or what to change something I never thought about.

But now I turn the question to all of you. Has anime ever inspired you and if it has why? Also why do you think it inspired you? Comment down below with your answers. I can’t wait to read them!

My Top 5 Game Systems!

Published May 12, 2016 by Shay Taree

Besides liking anime I also really enjoy playing videos games! So here is my top 5 video game systems!
1. Super Nintendo:

This was one of the first game systems that I got as a kid and I loved playing Duck Hunt and of course playing Mario.

2. Sega Genesis:

This was the game system that had quite a few iconic games on it and of course my brother and spent countless hours playing games on this system.

3. Nintendo 64:

Whenever I talk about a game system that I really love I can’t help but talk about. There were so many games on this system that were pivotal to my childhood that it’s hard not to love this system.

4. Sega Dreamcast:

Yes I know that this system wasn’t the best. To be honest I only really liked this system because it had my favorite sonic game where you could choose to be good or evil.

5. The Gameboy Series:

Gameboys are like one of the best handheld gaming systems out so of course I had to put it on my list. I still remember when I got my first one and I haven’t stopped getting them since.

But what is your favorite game system? I would love to know! Comment down below on which ones are your favorite and why.

Relating To Specific Anime Characters!

Published May 10, 2016 by Shay Taree

Whenever I watch an anime I tend to notice that there are specific types of anime characters that I gravitate towards more.
I notice that I tend to always like the strong female characters and the goofy but lovable characters in shows.

For example when I was watching the show Nana I really liked Nana Osaki

because she was such a strong female lead but also had a soft side to her that I liked.

When watching Sailor Moon I always liked Usagi and also Rei. Usagi

because she was goofy, funny, and had a lot of faults that I could relate with. Plus she loved her friends and only wanted the best for them. For Rei

I also loved how strong she was and she also kind of had that I don’t care personality that I just quite don’t have.

For other shows for example like Lucky Star I gravitated towards the character Konata

because she was goofy and nerdy like I can be sometimes but she also likes to help her friends in not the best ways but hey it is still help.

So what anime characters do you relate to or gravitate towards? Comment down below and let me know. I can’t wait to read them!

Anime’s With Live Action Potential!

Published May 9, 2016 by Shay Taree

So as we all know most anime’s when they become a live action they generally aren’t very good. It’s quite rare that I’ve actually been genuinely excited about a live action anime.
But this had me thinking about what anime’s would make a really good live action. For me I realized that anime’s that have a storyline that wouldn’t require a lot of CGI and the storyline is pretty interesting.

I would honestly love to see Psycho Pass

become a live action anime. I feel like it would be really interesting to see it come to life on the big screen.

Also now that I think about it more I would also like to see Erased

also become a live action.

Now that I think about it more I realize that anime’s that are psychological or sci-fi would make a great live action. I think that this is because it could also be entertaining for others to watch whom aren’t into anime because of the topics that it touches on and the subject manner.

But what do you all think? Comment down below on what anime’s you think would make great live action.
