Working Out/Exercising!

So I know that I made a post recently about how I want to start working out more and also trying to eat healthy. Well I started doing that slowly but surely.

So far what I’ve been making sure to do is to drink a lot of water. I have a 32oz hydro flask so I’ve been making sure that I drink that entirely at least once a day if not more. As far as food is concerned I’ve been trying my best to lower if not cut out completely sugar. I have a huge sweet tooth so this has been difficult for me but I’m trying.

When it comes to working out so far I’ve been working out 5 days a week for 15-30 mins a day. I work out in the mornings when I get up and once again in the evening once I get home from work. I actually found a workout on Pinterest which is what I’ve been following. I’ll have the picture below!

This is the workout that I mostly do in the evenings and then in the mornings I try to do squats, crunches, jumping jacks, or just some stretching. It really depends on how I’m feeling.

Overall that’s what I’ve really been doing and it’s been working well. This has also really been helping me with anxiety since it gets my extra energy out.

  • That definitely seems like a really good routine. I’m gonna have to look most of those things up, but it seems really balanced. I think I may need to try exercising in the morning because right now my problem is that I typically exercise right before bed, but a lot of times I’m so tired that I end up cutting the workout short. Maybe if I start the day with it I’ll see better results.
