Happy Sunday!!!

It’s Sunday so what do you plan to do today and what do you want to accomplish this week?

Today I mostly just plan to relax, run some errands, and record a podcast. All of this should be fun but I’m most excited to read more of Stephen Kings IT. Also for this week I plan to work more on focusing and also on my listening skills.

I’ve started to notice that sometimes I don’t listen as much as I should and I want to try and put a stop to it before it becomes a bigger issue. I also plan to keep up working out since I’m finding it to be a lot of fun and it definitely helps me to relax.

Highlight Of The Week?

So today is Friday and I don’t know about everyone else but today has felt like both a short but also long week. But I’m curious as to what was the highlight of your week? What are you happy about that happened this week? What are you proud of yourself for doing? Or what did you accomplish. The ideas are limitless.

For me my highlight of this week is that I’m proud of myself for going to the doctor for my checkup. I’m terrified of doctors but when I went this time my new doctor was really nice and helped me feel at ease. Yes I did shed some tears because I was nervous but overall it went well.

Another highlight was being able to finish the anime Carole & Tuesday. It was a great show with amazing music. It also helped me to accomplish having a new anime review video for my YouTube channel.

What Are You Thankful For?

I can’t exactly remember if I’ve wrote about this before but if I have then I’m sorry. But if not then I hope that you enjoy this post.

The main reason why I chose this topic is because I’m sure that you see everywhere people talking about that you should be thankful for what you have. People also say a lot that you should have a grateful heart.

For me this is something that I’ve been taking seriously for the past 6 months. Every morning I write down 5 things that I’m grateful for. This could be something small or something large. Honestly the list is endless and it’s an amazing practice.

For me I’m thankful for how creative I can be, being able to move my body, my family, my friends, and so many other things. Writing down the things I’m thankful for everyday has really changed my perspective on a lot of things. It’s also helped me to realize that I have a lot to be thankful for and I need to try and stop striving for more when I can even appreciate what I already have.

Overall I definitely suggest you try this practice. You don’t have to write down 5 things you could write only 3 things if you like. I also suggest that you really dig deep about things your thankful for, and as a challenge try to write different things everyday.
